Being an estate agent is a vocation, it is a profession, and it is part of our DNA, because each and every one of us is a homeowner, a landlord, a tenant, a purchaser or a buyer. We are in the vocation that we are in because we believe in the Irish dream of owning your own home. All of us have family members who are struggling to find a house that they can call home and it is our duty to help them realise that dream. We are all acutely aware that the service currently being provided by intermediaries serves neither estate agents nor the public at large, and therefore we have created NOODLZ. NOODLZ has been created by vocational estate agents for like-minded estate agents whose mission is to serve the public. Through co-operation and sharing we will overcome the barriers.
